case study transformation
old case study
When I started my position at January Spring, the sales team was using mismatched and cluttered collateral to pitch to potential clients. I revamped their materials and created a template (Right) that utilized January Spring’s brand colors and simplified the key concepts. I then standardized the case studies of their most prominent campaigns.
new and improved
The case study above is one example of the standardized case study that I worked on. This one in particular highlights a Doctor’s office in Texas with a .10% Click Through Rate and over 400 onsite conversions from users who had seen this ad. With the help of stylized and consistent case studies, the sales team was able to increase their close rate by over 40%.
Research and analysis
Other than studying and learning each campaign at January Spring, I was required to learn and utilize various digital advertising tools, such as Search Engine Optimization and Geofencing. I was also responsible for general administrative support, market research, event planning, analysis, and summarizing my findings into clear and effective presentations or spreadsheets for customers. I researched and analyzed topics such as new marketing tools and various types of events happening around Colorado.
For one presentation, I researched various magazine membership subscription models, including their pricing, offers, and membership rewards. I transformed the market research into a comparative analysis presentation to be used for customers, found below. In a similar way that I created the case studies, I utilized a consistent theme that fit the January Spring brand, but tried to maintain an eye-catching and understandable flow throughout the presentation.
